Honey Orange Sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon orange rind (grated)
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons butter
Combine honey, cornstarch and orange rind in a heavy
saucepan. Stir in orange juice and water. Bring to boil.
Add butter and blend well.
Cool slightly. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
(Makes about 1 cup.) Can be spooned over desserts.
