Orange Glaze for Ham
Grated orange peel from 2 large oranges
½ cup fresh orange juice
1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
In small pan, combine all ingredients and boil hard for
five minutes, stirring constantly.
Set aside and cool to room temperature.
During the final hour of baking time, brush or spoon
the glaze over ham.
