Fresh Fruit Salad
3 Tbsp orange mango yogurt
5 Tbsp poppyseed salad dressing
2 cups halved strawberries
2 cups orange sections, membranes removed
1 cup cubed pineapple
1 cup honeydew melon balls
1 cup cataloupe balls
12 Boston lettuce leaves
1. Combine yogurt and salad dressing in a small bowl;
stir well with a wisk. Combine next five ingredients in a large
bowl, tossing gently. Line each of 6 plates with 2 lettuce
leaves each. Spoon fruit evenly over lettuce and drizzle each
salad with 1 Tbsp dressing. Serve immediately.
