Pork Tenderloin with Citrus Salsa
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cooking Spray
1 cup chopped orange sections
1 cup chopped grapefruit sections
1/4 cup chopped lemon sections
2 Tbsp chopped frsh cilantro
1 tsp minced seeded habanero pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1. Preheat broiler.
2. To prepare pork, sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt and black pepper.
Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
3. For salsa, combine orange and all reamining ingredients
in a bowl. Serve with pork.
