Orange Vanilla Custard
1 pint milk
4 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Grated rind of 1/2 an orange
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup sugar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended and pour
evenly into 4 ramekins. Set ramekins in a roasting pan filled
with 1/2 inch of hot water. Place in a preheated 325 degree
oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until custard is set.
(knife should come out clean when inserted) Allow to
cool for 10 minutes and serve.
